GWD successfully delivered Hai Yang Shi You 301

  

HYSY301 carrying out repairing job at wharf ,HYSY301 leaving GWD Yard

The vessel Hai Yang Shi You 301 (HYSY301) was successfully delivered on December 7^th, 2018. This is the first LNG carrier for GWD to carrying out repairing activity. The main job contains inspection and repairing for deep well pump, dual fuel engine and turbo charge, LNG gas replacement in cargo tank, adding inerting equipment/nitrogen generator, coating for hull and deck, as well as piping renewal.

Project Management Team worked closely with the client and the specialist subcontractors to face with difficulties of planning the resources inside and outside the Yard and completed the key activities, such as LNG gas replacement in cargo tank, with high efficiency, which ensuring the project’s success.

The successful delivery of HYSY301 marks GWD’s virtual breakthrough in LNGC repairing field. It helps GWD win precious experience in LNG projects, as well as set a solid foundation for GWD’s further journey in LNGC repairing.
